The stock cooler does not have its own name, but here would be a picture: https://cdn.mos.cms.futurecdn.net/XZ7NVUwa8kQLEGCqnxfxqA-970-80.jpg
Hello this CPU is for games life is 3-4 years. But it needs a good graphics card to have good quality.
There's one already, but it's not exactly a good one. be quiet! Pure Rock (15.50cm) I can recommend this one if there is enough space in your case.
Bonnie & Clyde Purple Haze (4g)
Not necessarily z370. But you need a 3xx series motherboard for the 8th generation. That's H310, B360, H370, Z370.
On Brack.ch it is only 337.-. I was also just annoyed that it has become more expensive.
My setup uses the described processor and motherboard, and an MSI 1060, no worries. My RAM is Corsair Vengeance LPX (2x, 8GB, DDR4-3000, DIMM 288).
This. Gigabyte AORUS Z270X-Gaming 8 (LGA 1151, Intel Z270, ATX) The important thing is the chipset. Since you want to use an 8th generation processor, you need the 300 chipset (e.g. z370). Your mainboard has a 270 chipset, so it would not work.
Compared to the i5-8600? It depends on the use case. I use the CPU for virtualisation, so with hyperthreading you have 12 vCPUs instead of just 6, which is worth it for this use case. Purely for normal desktop use, you are probably more than well equipped with 6 cores without hyperthreading.
no, according to the link, your computer has an 1155 socket and the i7-8700 has an 1151 socket. http://www.pc-specs.com/mobo/Acer/Acer_Predator_G3610/563
The supplied fan has 3 strips of thermal paste on it. So with the boxed fan, you don't need any additional thermal paste. However, I have my i7-8700 with the be quiet! Dark Rock 3 in operation and mounted with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut (12.5W/m K) thermal paste -> better cooling performance.

Hello Guidobachofe No, unfortunately that is not possible. The processor has the same socket, but is only compatible with motherboards with a Z370 chipset. https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/producttype/mainboard-65?pdo=1120-8658:371246&tagIds=76 Greetings Chris
For which application?
okey... you look under the CPU specifications: there is something there then you go to the motherboard and if it says exactly the same then you are in the good area. but if I were you take the i5 8600k
