Question about Intel Core i7-8700
Before ordering all the components for my PC, I would like to check the compatibility: here is the list :Intel Core i7-8700, Cooler Master Hyper 212 Led CPU, ASUS ROG STRIX Z370, ASUS VP247QG, corsair vengeance lpx 16gb 2666mhz, MSI GeForce GTX 1070 GAMING X 8G, Corsair RM750x ,Samsung 860 EVO Basic (1000Go, 2.5"), Corsair Crystal 570X, WD 2to. My setup uses the described processor and motherboard, and an MSI 1060, no worries. My RAM is Corsair Vengeance LPX (2x, 8GB, DDR4-3000, DIMM 288).
There is no need to use a Z370 chipset for a non-K proc. The H370 is much more suitable.
