Is it worth the 70 Fr surcharge?

It depends on the use case. I use the CPU for virtualisation, so with hyperthreading you have 12 vCPUs instead of just 6, which is worth it for this use case.
Purely for normal desktop use, you are probably more than well equipped with 6 cores without hyperthreading.
