Just out of interest, is it possible to install the new i7 processor in my Surface Book with PB (512 GB, 16 GB Ram)?
No, this is not possible. There are very few laptops that use desktop processors. But with notebooks like the Surface, it is not possible to replace the Ram and the CPU.
It is not possible to change the CPU on a Surface Book. Basically not with any notebook.
