The connections on the dock/the dock itself usually need a driver to be addressed/used correctly. The biggest problem with this dock will probably be the distance between the connectors. Your e.g. Asus notebook will probably not have the same distance.
According to the manufacturer, the dock is only compatible with the following devices:
"MacBook Pro 2016-2020
MacBook Air 2018-2020
