Hello Meidocafe. You have to register at "https://consumer.huawei.com/ch/promotions/" by 31.05.2019 and then it should work. By the way, I absolutely cannot understand why these things are not made available!

When making phone calls or playing WhatsApp voice messages, the screen acts as a loudspeaker. For media content, on the other hand, the phone has a dedicated speaker on the bottom. I would be very surprised if such an obvious function as switching a call to loud would not work.
Huawei smartphones released before the sanction decisions in 2019 still have the Google Play Store installed. Including the P30 models (unless they have the New Edition designation).
However, I do not recommend buying an old phone from 2019.
The Xiaomi Poco F3,released in March 2021, offers a better alternative for less money in every way and it has Android 11 (the P30 Pro only got Android 10). The processor of the F3 is about twice as fast, the built-in storage twice as big with 256 GB, the cameras and the screen are also better. And it can do 5G as well as 4G.

Hi Leeloolip
I did some googling too - sounds to me like either a software problem or a hardware problem.
Do you have the latest operating system software installed?
I suspect a hardware problem though.... Do you still have warranty?
No worries with this phone the P30 pro is the last one that currently has all the same access as Samsung the next generation (p40 and mate40) don't have this access anymore.
The additional products are free of charge, but the price of the device itself can still vary. The price depends on many factors and so there can also be major differences between several dealers. :)
Lol the Huawei P30 Pro even cost only 400chf a year ago. But it's way too much for a 3-year-old Huawei phone anyway. Forget Huawei and buy a good Xiaomi.
