Given the situation with Huawei, is it available with the Play store? I currently have a Samsung S7 that I need to change. Will it be the same as mine in terms of applications?

No worries with this phone the P30 pro is the last one that currently has all the same access as Samsung the next generation (p40 and mate40) don't have this access anymore.
