I ordered the 32A listed for the printer from you with the printer, why is my printer complaining that the 94A (toner) is empty ? do I need this in addition, I am really confused right now and thanks for feedback.

94A is enough for 1'200 pages 32A has toner for 23'000 pages. From the sound of it, the printer has not noticed that the toner has been changed and that a 32A is now installed. Therefore, the machine is still grumbling about the empty cartridge from the replacement. Put the cartridge back in and restart the printer. If this still does not work, I would raise this issue with the manufacturer's support.
