You can view the video from the Nest Cams on the Nest Hub without any problems, as well as on any device with Chromecast.

You can assign your own name to the Nest Minis. However, they do not respond to this name via voice control if that is what you meant.
To listen to music you have to connect it to a music service like Spotify.
You can create a group where you can add multiple Google Nest Minis or even Google hubs. This allows you to listen to the same music on all devices.
If you want to listen to different music on different devices, you need different music services.

Yes, you can. You can either set regular alarms via voice command OR you can set up a routine via the Google Home app (this is how I did it) - turns on the light at 05:50 every day and starts playing news.
I tried it out briefly. Since Google Nest can serve as a Chromecast player, you can also stream Zattoo to the device without any problems.
However, when I want to start Zattoo via voice input, it says "Zattoo is not supported in your country".
The power supply unit is Swiss. Unfortunately, the head is so round that the adjacent ones are covered by triple sockets.
It dims down automatically within seconds, is easy to read, but not bright. Not at all disturbing at night.
Netflix works fine. Just say the series season etc or if you say the series it starts from where you left off last time.
Spotify doesn't have an app on the Nest Hub, it's all voice command. That's why it's Spotify Connect. Unfortunately you can't wake yourself up with music.
Think of the Google Nest Hub as a tablet that is always on in your room. The mobile phones will understand you better than if you only have a Google tablet. It's ideal for controlling smart home devices, watching Netflix, listening to music, or watching YouTube videos.

Yes, the language is determined by Google, if French is set then the menus are also in French, if English was set then all the menus and the voice output on the speaker would also be in English.
