Hello,
If I check on my GPS I have the following maps
-Garmin DEM Map EU.
-Garmin Cycle EU, South West.
-Garmin Cycle EU, North East.
-Garmin INTL Standard BaseMap.
I haven't used it outside Switzerland yet, but I think it has the Europe map.
Have a nice day
The Garmin Edge 530 is waterproof to IPX7, which means that it is waterproof to a depth of 1 metre for 30 minutes. It is therefore splash-proof, but not suitable for diving or long-term underwater use.
The device only has a basic pre-installed map. You can buy the map for Argentina on the Garmin website, they are not free. Here is the user manual https://www8.garmin.com/manuals/webhelp/edge530/DE-DE/GUID-D9D48D59-CD5E-4805-AC3E-6699EBDD2A24-homepage.html
The total kilometres and daily kilometres are typically displayed on a Garmin bike computer such as the Edge 530. These devices offer speed measurement functions and can record activity data, which enables the display of distances travelled. The exact display may vary depending on the configuration and activity profile.
I recommend taking a look at the specs on the manufacturer's website:

-> CONNECTIVITY Bluetooth®, ANT+®, Wi-Fi®
Yes, it works for me.
It depends on what kind of data you mean.
If you have various apps on your mobile phone, e.g. Garmin Connect or Komoot, then you can do a lot via Bluetooth. The same as with the PC. I haven't tried it with a cable yet.
Yes, I have more or less all of these data fields in use.
Otherwise, there is a list of all data fields in the operating instructions:

On delivery, a standard map is installed depending on the region (presumably Europe in your case), without detailed information. With the Garmin Express Software Pc , free maps as well as firmware updates can be installed later.
No, there is no speed sensor, it is calculated via GPS. But the device is great, it knows all the sensors. I have a power meter, heart rate, speed sensor (not from Garmin but a cheap one from Amazon), and now the new Varia Radar with camera.
Hello...
According to the Garmin website, ant+ is supported...and various power meters are listed under the accessories...

Should work, but without guarantee ;)
When delivered, a standard map is installed depending on the region, without detailed information. With the Garmin Express software installed on the PC, free maps and firmware updates can be installed later.
Mine came with an aero mount and two standard mounts for attachment to the handlebar stem. Unfortunately, this is not apparent in the item description.
Hi, the routes can be downloaded in .gpx format, so you can create them as you wish on any platform. They can also be created directly on the Garmin platform and the tool is really well done and it seems to me that it largely avoids high traffic roads. I encourage you to try out the Garmin Connect platform if you want more information (once you have created your account, you go to "Training" -> "Routes".
I also use the Edge 530 with the MTB, among other things, and airtime is displayed there without me having any additional sensor fitted. I think this is a mistake in the product description.
Hello Thegreenfrog, yes brackets are included. It is the standard mount and bracket (with rubber band) for the handlebar. It's best to watch a few unboxing videos on YouTube. :)
As we do not have a source of supply for this item, we unfortunately cannot offer it directly ourselves. For this reason, we are glad that a third party dealer can offer it to our customers through us.
