Questions about G3 Ferrari Slow Cooker

I've had the slow cooker since Saturday and noticed when I unpacked it that the feet of the slow cooker are uneven. This means that when it is placed on the table, it wobbles in the long diagonal. I could turn the rubber knobs but not adjust the height. It's a bit annoying and I wonder if this is the case with other appliances of the same model?

"Low", "High" and "Keep warm" mean which temperatures in degrees Celsius ?

can I heat food in it?
