"Low", "High" and "Keep warm" mean which temperatures in degrees Celsius ?
At 2 hours cooking time, the temperature in Low would be approx. 60.8°C and keep warm at approx. 52.8°C.
At 2 hours cooking time, the temperature in High would be approx. 61.1°C and keep warm at approx. 57.4°C.
