The set for 1699.- includes the VBP-XT2, which costs 238 CHF solo. The metal handle MHG-XT2 must be purchased separately.

24 months bring-in. A warranty extension is generally recommended for such an expensive product that may be handled on a daily basis.
So when I put the product in my shopping cart here, it says 1599.

Yes, that's correct. There is not really a catch. But the delivery date is not known because of the grip's unknown availability. The camera itself currently has a delivery date of 10-12 days.
