Can these USB-C also supply voltage levels other than 5V? Can I charge a laptop with 20V directly?

How much power does the USB charger provide per port in watts when two devices are connected? In other words, can I charge a laptop (65W), an iPad (30W) or just a smartphone (7-15W)?

Does anyone else have the problem that the iPhone (in my case 14) only charges when the cable is unplugged and plugged in again? I.e. I plug the cable in, it charges, but if I want to charge it again in the evening, I have to plug the cable in again first... This is only the case when using the USB C socket.

Does it have 2 or 3 poles? Normally there is no earth.

Can i directly swap to this from a standard socket, or do i need addiional changes in my fuse cabinet?
