Can these USB-C also supply voltage levels other than 5V? Can I charge a laptop with 20V directly?

No, the voltage slevel cannot be changed.

Thank you for asking the question. This product would indeed have been a killer with a 60W - 100W charger hidden in the socket... enough to power a laptop, a docking station and of course charge your peripherals with a fast charge.

The idea is good, but the USB charging part leaves something to be desired to justify the price.
