Are the UCB-C connectors comparable to the Apple charger in terms of speed?

The latest Apple USB C charger has around 20W of power. Feller has 15W on one port. But only when only one of 2 is used. If two are used, they share the power (only 7.5W / plug). So maximum 75% as fast charging as the Apple charger...(when only one device is connected)....
Yes, the speed is comparable. Charging iPads, for example, works perfectly. However, the performance is not sufficient for connecting a laptop.
