Digitec sometimes has different offers for the same item at different prices. You have to be careful to see if it is really the same item or if there is a difference. I recently bought the SC-P900 with a roller unit because it was a bit cheaper than without. Whatever the reason. It is definitely worth taking the roll unit offer. The advantage of roll paper is that it is much cheaper and better for borderless printing. The printer with roll unit has the manufacturer no. C11CH37401BR. Without roll unit no. C11CH37401. So you have to make sure that BR is at the end of the manufacturer number. Do not be alarmed. The roller unit is packed in a cardboard box of almost the same size as the printer itself. :)
Yes, when I ordered the unit 3 weeks ago, you could order with and without at the same price. I didn't understand the logic behind it. But both were delivered...
