Sorry for the Basic question, I don't have much experience with this yet. 1) Can I buy this package and then plug it directly into my socket (after reporting to the EW), which is "charged" with it and thus draw my electricity? 2) I can theoretically also use all the electricity from it, i.e. set my plugs directly at the installation (e.g. mobile when camping). 3) The set is complete (apart from the cable mentioned) or do I need more? Sorry again for the Basic questions...

Sorry for the Basic question, I don't have much experience in this field yet. 1) Can I buy this pack and plug it directly into my power socket (after notifying EW), which will then be "charged" and provide me with electricity? *Yes you can but if it goes under a window you'll need a flat cable and then (later...) a powerbank but the ecoFlow River is not suitable and the Delta yes with a cable that goes directly into the EcoFlow (make sure when buying) station (smaller and grey and supplied with the powerStation) ? 2) Theoretically, I can also use all the electricity that's there, i.e. regulate my sockets directly on the system (e.g. mobile appliance when camping*). For that, you'll need a Powerbank like Delta). 3) Is the kit complete (except for the cable mentioned) or do I need something else? In Switzerland, it is currently permitted to install small plug & play systems up to a maximum output power of 600W yourself without a licence. The prerequisite is that the grid operator is informed about the operation of the solar system. Larger systems must be installed by a specialist.

According to https://www.swissolar.ch/01_wissen/photovoltaik/plug-play/infoblatt-plug-play.pdf the following applies: "The PV system must be equipped with a type B residual current device (PRCD) with a rated residual current rated residual current of no more than 30 mA." Note: sensitive to all currents. As most of the RCDs already installed are not sensitive to all currents, an electrician must be commissioned to replace them. Costs 400 - 450 CHF. How did you solve this?

The scam with the 5 star ratings or ratings in general is getting on my nerves. On Google or here, 5 stars are displayed, but in reality NO rating has apparently been given. That is dubious. And then there's this annoying issue with the non-CH plugs on many products, where Digitec claims that it's a grey area. The Federal Office's website states otherwise. The grey area is fixed adapters, but selling products with foreign plugs is not legal, especially if you are not informed of this in advance. Did you know that there is a form on the federal website that can be used to report offending companies?

I sent the "Declaration of Conformity" (https://static.digitecgalaxus.ch/Files/7/6/0/3/8/9/9/4/efmi_ps_eu_conformity.pdf) to register with the EW. The EW gives me the following feedback: "The declaration of conformity is incomplete/incorrect. All set components, e.g. PV module, inverter, connection cable, mains plug, etc. must be shown as a unit on the same declaration of conformity" My question: Which document do I have to send to the EW - where can I find the document?

I'm a bit confused by the following statement: "As part of the EcoFlow PowerStream solar ecosystem, this balcony system kit combined with a portable power station allows you to use solar energy day and night, effectively reducing your electricity bills." My question: can the panels also be used without a connection to a portable power station? Or put more simply, can the system be used as a "normal" balcony power station without a portable connection? Can the panels be positioned next to each other? Is the cable sufficient? Hello Silvio I haven't yet installed the 2 solar panels. I opened the big box to see the accessories. The cables seem very short to me and there are no large brackets supplied to fix the panels at an angle to a fixed support such as a balustrade or a wall. According to the instructions, the panels can be used during the day without being connected to a portable power station. At night, you can only use the energy stored during the day in a portable battery. The Ecoflow Delta 2 Max portable battery works very well, and I use it in the camper van. I'm charging it from a 220v socket at the moment. I hope I've answered your questions. Sincerely Jean-Luc

I made a brief enquiry about this with our supplier. He forwarded me the following information: Two solar panels are included, with the following specifications for each panel: - 400 W maximum solar power - Dimensions: 172.2 x 113.4 x 3.5 cm / rigid - Weight: Net. 21.8 kg Info about the inverter - 600 W output (CH version) - Intelligent control and monitoring: - Full control with the EcoFlow app - Control for smart plugs (not included in the scope of the bundle)
