Can I use this UPS for a USB powered device such as a Raspberry PI ? It says - USB connector, which puzzles me.

Sali and No, the 3S-Mini does not have a USB connection. Only a 230V input and the DC output adjustable to 9V-19V.

Does the Eaton mini UPS 36w also protect the devices from power fluctuations? For example, if the mains voltage drops from 230 V to 210 V? In some shops it is classified as a VFD and would therefore not protect against fluctuations. However, I wonder if such fluctuations are at all relevant for this unit, since it outputs a maximum of 19 V anyway? Eaton's documentation does not mention any classification, but also does not advertise any protection against current fluctuations for this product. Is the supply permanently from the battery or is it switched on when needed?
