Why is the filament PLA from Dutch that you sell from 3DWare 10.- more expensive than in the store? That's about 30% more expensive? I like to order a lot and out of habit from you but this is going too far...!?

Due to different suppliers and delivery conditions, there may be price differences compared to other suppliers. We always try to set a price in line with the market, but this is not possible for all products.

Does the 2.3kg refer to the filament alone, or to the filament + roll?

Is the filament matt or glossy? That is, after printing.

Rather matt after printing. Prints at 210 degrees.

I find this strange, is digitec an official reseller for 3DWare or are the product images simply stolen? I was just at the shop today, besides very friendly advice and examination of test prints of various filaments, it is even about 30% cheaper.

3DWare is the official Dutch Filaments reseller, so Galaxus is a third party seller.
