No, you can't. The goggles are only compatible with the DJI FPV Drone, the DJI Avata and the Air Units of the FPV System.

No, unfortunately not. It is only compatible with the DJI FPV. However, you might have more luck with the DJI Goggles.

By turning off, do you mean a completely black screen or do you see a DJI logo? When your copter is not connected, background images appear in standby. If the screen goes black, this is definitely not normal, especially when you are in menu mode. In menu mode, you always have the DJI logo in the picture and can make settings normally.
