Well, the EU to CH adapter that came with it worked for me. It was a 3-pin version. It is certainly possible to fit a CH plug. (Disconnect the old EU plug). In principle, it should only be fitted by qualified personnel!

Yes, I was able to order this in May 23 simply by link and code from nespresso.
