Is this capsule machine really quiet or quieter than others? Because in my case it is very noisy and that is an important point. Or are there quieter ones? Thank you :-)

Hello, the volume is ok. However, I would not describe it as quiet.
What is the maximum cup height that can be used here? Drip tray probably not hinged? CH plug?
