Questions about De'Longhi La Specialista

My machine builds up overpressure all the way to the stop. Even if I test the portafilter without coffee and without a sieve inserted, the pressure gauge turns all the way to the stop and the portafilter sits properly under pressure. The central hole in the cup is clean and open. If I let the machine press with only the portafilter but no cup at all, the right amount of hot water comes out, so the water supply is probably OK. The machine is also freshly descaled.

Hello everyone. Which type of coffee have you had the best experience with for this machine for crema and/or espresso?

On Monday I received an email that this product now costs CHF 589. The email arrived at 00:34. In the morning, at around 8 a.m., the old price of CHF 799 was back. Question for the Galaxus team: Do you call this a positive user experience?

Hello I have owned the DeLonghi Pa Specialista for a few months now, and I am basically satisfied with the machine. However, after several coffee beans, I still could not produce the perfect espresso. Somehow the pressure never rises above the "pre-infusion range", so there is no crema. I always set the grinder to the finest setting anyway, everything else only has a worse effect. Does anyone have any tips on what I need to adjust or change to achieve a successful result? Thanks in advance!

Would you buy this one or the Sage Barista Express?

How high is the machine including the coffee bean hopper? That is not entirely clear from the description.
