The scanner does not have an explicit light line. Instead, it automatically adapts to the ambient brightness and uses an additional white LED to illuminate the barcode in low light conditions to enable scanning. There is no mention of a special light line.
Automatically generated from the .QR codes are QR codes. The scanner returns the content 1:1, it behaves like a keyboard. How this content is interpreted is then up to the programme that uses this scanner. I can easily read all QR codes into Word, for example, where I can see the content of the Swiss QR and copy the raw content wherever I want.
The scanner reads the QR codes at the touch of a button on the scanner and transmits them to the PC/Mac via USB or radio or Bluetooth. The Swiss QR Reader does not have voice control either, nor does the Delock. For this, a microphone would have to be built in or you would have to install additional software that works via voice control/microphone of the PC.
Hello The dongle can be stowed in the foot in front of the USB port. But not quite, it peeks out a little. The scanner can go into standby mode immediately or after 1', 5' or 10'. I stuck the "immediate standby" code on the carton. So I can switch off the scanner immediately after use. Hope this helps...
I use it as part of an ISBN barcode library software I don't understand "save fonts"???
Yes does the job. Time to time it's hard to scan, personally I recommend a bit more expensive for a more accurate scan.
Good day This barcode scanner has a USB cable and is connected to the PC with it. Does not need any other accessories or docking station. Kind regards Andreas Rothenbühler
The scanner can be connected via Bluetooth and then works like a keyboard. I use it with the iPad and it works well.
