After this switch, which combines several sources, I have a Lindy HDMI switch (e.g. Galaxus article number 13595061) to use the signal selected on the switch on the TV or projector. Of course, it also works without a switch with an HDMI source.
The point is to connect several sources to one monitor. It automatically detects and changes the source when a new source is attached. The unit has a small button that allows you to switch between several active sources.
No, this is not possible with the switch, because the function of this model allows 3 devices to be connected to one HDMI input. So it only goes in this direction. For the required function, an HDMI splitter would be necessary, where the HDMI signal of one device can then be output on two devices.
I cannot answer this question for sure. But I suspect that this is not possible because the unit is not a splitter (= no simultaneous viewing on 3 TVs).
Hi! On my TV it takes some seconds. Maybe 3-4 sec. However, i dont think its the HDMI switch but rather the TV itself. It seems that he needs some time to adjust to the new signal. Hope it helps!
