No. Only the Dell XPS 13 2-in-1s with i5/i7 "Y processors" are fanless. As far as I know, these are also "only" available with a maximum QHD+ (3200 x 1800) display. At Digitec, that would be the following models: Dell XPS 13 2-in-1 (13.3", QHD+, Intel Core i5-7Y54, 8GB, SSD) Dell XPS 13 (13.3", QHD+, Intel Core i7-7Y75, 8GB, SSD)

According to heise.de, Geizhals.at and eBay.at, the Dell XPS 13 has a PCIe/NVMe (2280/M-Key slot) and a Samsung M.2 2280 850 EVO should therefore work. I'm a bit surprised, though, as I would have expected a 2260 slot. However, you will of course have to install the operating system on the new SSD. However, the easiest way is to simply mirror the SSD. As far as I know, Samsung includes a programme for this.

You can, but unfortunately it is not possible to customise a product at Digitec. I recommend, however, that you buy a model with the corresponding SSD memory in the desired size (possibly a different model). At Dell, you can usually put together your notebook the way you want it.

The link leads nowhere. However, if this is mentioned in the release notes, then it will probably be possible. The best thing to do is to ask Dell itself (or in a notebook forum for Dell XPS 13), they should know best what a firmware update changes or adds.
