Dell UltraSharp U2419HC

I connected my switch to the monitor via HDMI and connected a speaker system to the audio out. Works perfectly 😀
With the appropriate adapter/cable you can connect the monitor to your MacBook Air. I'd recommend a miniDP to DP cable: Digitus DisplayPort Anschlusskabel (3m, Display Port)
You don't "necessarily" need a 4k monitor. It's up to you what kind of monitor you connect to your Mac Mini. I need the U2419HC as an extended monitor and work a lot on the Retina display of the MacBook Pro, so the FHD resolution is enough for me. I wouldn't go bigger than 24" for 1920x1080 resolution, otherwise the pixels are proportionally bigger too. For a main screen, I would probably go for a better resolution. Of course, it also depends on the intended use. Up to you.
I am running two of these monitors through a MacBook Pro. Unfortunately, Apple does not support the MST (daisy chain). Therefore, a USB-C cable must be plugged in for each monitor. Charging the MacBook works perfectly. With the Surface Book 2, the setup works with a USB-C cable to the first monitor and then with MST via display port to the second monitor. Conclusion: Monitors can e but unfortunately not the Mac Book Pro. Perhaps a 32:9 monitor could be an option!
Unfortunately, we currently have no information on when the item will be available and when we will be able to deliver it. As soon as something changes in this regard, we will post it here. Sorry.

It is 22cm wide and 16.5cm deep.
This screen is the successor to the Dell U2715H.
Hello, it charges at 65W AND displays in content, you can plug USB devices on it
You can solve everything via USB-C cable, which is still sexy. In my case, the monitor charges the connected notebook, transmits the video signal and USB is also available. Everything via one cable. The second monitor is then connected to the first monitor via DisplayPort. (There is a DisplayPort output and a setting that has to be made). The connected devices must support MST / DaisyChain. I'm not quite sure if the HP ProDesk 600 G4 supports USB-C power, I didn't find anything in the datasheet. If the HP ProDesk 600 G4 supports it, then it would receive power from the monitor. Another thing to say: The resolution is ok, but not exactly breathtaking.
I tried to send a USB signal without a picture to the monitor to see if the USB hub was active. Unfortunately, the USB hub is not active when I connect a USB-A to USB 3.1 type-C cable to the monitor. Your desired setup probably does not work. Yes, USB-A to USB 3.1 type-C plug cables are available. (just with USB 3.0)
Since I didn't get a clear answer anywhere about this setup, I treated myself to two U2419UC. Setup: MacBook pro (2018) - 1st monitor: USB-C 1st monitor - 2nd monitor: daisy chain via DisplayPort Unfortunately, this doesn't quite work as I had imagined. Daisy Chain only works with "Duplicate" and not with "Advanced". The 1st and 2nd monitor have the same picture. Now I don't know if the monitor can't do the extension or if the MacBook pro prevents it?
Enquiries about the delivery time of an order should be addressed directly to the customer service. Unfortunately, their behaviour is not very professional either.
