My USB dongle for this mouse is no longer recognised by my PC. Does anyone know how to fix this or is it simply the dongle that is broken? If so, can I replace it or would I have to buy a new mouse or can I send it in and have the dongle repaired? (ps: I bought the mouse here on digitec). Thanks in advance :)

Yes, the Harpoon RBG can be controlled with the ICUE software.

No, you can only do that with the iCUE software from Corsair.

No, quite small I would say. About as long as my index finger and as wide as my thumb. But it fits comfortably in my hand.

Does this mouse also work with Mac OS?

Yes, it also works with Mac OS X. For special bindings, the manufacturer's software must be downloaded. It has a lot of input lag via Bluetooth, but shooters can also be played via dongle.
