My USB dongle for this mouse is no longer recognised by my PC. Does anyone know how to fix this or is it simply the dongle that is broken? If so, can I replace it or would I have to buy a new mouse or can I send it in and have the dongle repaired? (ps: I bought the mouse here on digitec). Thanks in advance :)
Have you already updated the firmware of the mouse and the dongle via the Corsair ICUE software? Has the dongle already been unplugged and blown through with air? Have you tried connecting the dongle to another USB port? Otherwise, Bluetooth would be another option. If this is not an option, I would create an RMA via the customer profile and describe the problem. The mouse would then have to be replaced. Greetings
Thanks for the quick answer. However, since the mouse is not even recognised via the dongle, I cannot do a firmware update (only via cable). I will try this.
