I have the cable and no, it doesn't work. I had a 15m cable from another manufacturer, which works, but has dropouts on and off. this is probably due to the power management of the chips installed. This cable with 20m sporadically shows a picture if you are lucky. It's electrical junk.

Helpful answer
The cable supports eARC (Enhanced Audio Return Channel). It is an Ultra High Speed HDMI 2.1 cable with a bandwidth of 48 Gbit/s, which fully supports all HDMI 2.1 features including eARC.

The cable also supports 2K monitors as it is HDMI 2.1 certified and therefore supports a wide range of resolutions and frame rates. However, the maximum frame rate for 2K (1080p or 1440p) is not explicitly stated, but it should work fine with 120Hz at lower resolutions as it is designed for higher resolutions such as 4K120Hz and 8K60Hz.

It says "3D Ultra high speed" which should mean 2.1 compatibility, but the HDMI consortium does not want (allow) more details, especially as it also allows HDMI2.1 for cables and devices that can only do HDMI2.0.

Hoi. Maybe the 2.1 cable is faulty. I have also had these problems. There is a very good video about it from a dealer about HDMI.... Title: Hausmesse 2018 | What do mushrooms and red wine have to do with the HDMI standard? Very worth seeing. Then nothing is surprising any more.

If the TV or any receiver connected in between also supports this, it works with this cable. In any case, it works for me without any problems. However, there is currently speculation that the 120Hz mode is only activated for supported games. The activation is automatic. There is no manual option to set this on the console.

Hello and good day, so, if I understand the question correctly, the "old" HDMI cable works between the Swisscom TV box and the TV. And the "new" cable does not. According to my understanding, the PIN assignment for the cable is given and must work. So it seems to me that there is a fault in the cable or in the PIN contacts (HDMI plug) in the cable. By the way, the HDMI cable between the Swisscom TV box and the Sony TV works for me. I also use the same cable between the TV and the Denon amplifier and that works too. Conclusion: I would consider the cable to be "defective" and have it exchanged.
