According to clarifications, it is possible to connect external flashes, but not without intermediate parts. Therefore, we have made a notification so that the flashes are no longer listed under accessories. This should be adjusted shortly.
The PowerShot G5 X Mark II has a built-in, retractable electronic OLED viewfinder. The PowerShot G7 X Mark III, on the other hand, does not have a built-in viewfinder and instead only uses the 3-inch touchscreen for image control.
In this case, we will refer you to our digitec Assistant, which provides direct contact options so that the problem can be checked and you can be helped accordingly.

No. The problem has not been fixed yet. I bought the camera from Digitec and the latest update, which was advertised as "the solution" by the official site and various vloggers, had already been installed. The problem persisted. Unfortunately, the camera is completely unsuitable for videos. By the way, the photos were not so sharp and the focus was always a bit blurred.
Max. 10 min. After that, the camera must cool down. Depending on this, the pause lasts between 5 and 30 min. The 4k function is therefore absolute marketing chabi.
I bought the camera and tested it for a fortnight and watched various videos on YouTube. Conclusion: The focus is shit ! I was allowed to return the bundle for a 10% discount on the price. MANY MANY thanks to the Digitec team for your goodwill and support. I hope that Canon pulls all devices from the market, because the camera is absolutely unusable.
You can record one video at a time up to a maximum of 10 minutes (30 for FullHD).
You can record as many videos as you want until you have enough memory. But each individual video cannot be more than 10 minutes long.
The camera cannot then process the data size. If the video is more than 10 minutes, it will not be saved, it will be interrupted, or it will be defective.
