No, this is not possible with a Canon EOS SLR. However, you can use these lenses with a mirrorless camera system. This does not have to be from Canon. For example, the Sony Alpha 7 series is very popular for adapting old lenses. There are adapters from Canon FD to Sony E (mainly from China but also from the company Novoflex).
Unfortunately, the supplier himself is still waiting for a subsequent delivery from the manufacturer. There is currently no information on availability.
