Hello According to the system requirements, OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) is required for Mac. That is very old. The current version is 14.5. 8 versions in between! Are the specifications up to date?

Hello, The version indicated is that which was current at the time of product release. The scanner is supported on the latest version (Sonoma) as well. https://de.canon.ch/support/consumer/products/scanners/canoscan/lide-series/canoscan-lide-300.html?type=download&os=macOS%2014%20(Sonoma)

Hello everyone, I bought a Canoscan LIDE 300. Installation (apparently) went smoothly. Unfortunately, when I try to scan, I only get the error message: 2, 156, 50 -> probably indicates a USB problem.... I have installed Win 11. Scanner runs smoothly on my wife's MacBook. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks and best regards

Does the scanner also work with Windows 11? I have a Canon imageFormula P-208II that worked fine with my old laptop and Windows 10. With a new Windows 11 laptop, I could no longer get it to scan.

Hello, the Canon LiDE scanner does not work on my laptop or desktop. Error message: 2, 156, 33. I have Windows 10 installed on both PCs. Does anyone know what to do?
