Question about Canon CanoScan LiDE 300
Hello, I have ordered the scanner. However, it does not work on my Macbook. What am I doing wrong? I cannot scan.
unfortunately it still doesn't work. have the latest capitan version. 10.15.2

i also ordered the scanner 2 weeks ago. it didn't work for me either at first, i had to update the os from the older version of el capitan to 10.11.6.
then i downloaded the canon IJ scan utility lite from the canon site and it works perfectly with it.

Look under Programmes => Digital Images to see if the scanner appears there. Does it work?
