Hello Alion11
Yes, toners are included. They correspond to the capacity of the TN-421.
See also here, under "Technical data" then "Consumables and accessories": https://www.brother.ch/de-ch/drucker/all-in-one-laserdrucker/mfc-l8900cdw
Tip if you print a lot* (*a lot = >6'000 pages per year): Have a look at the MFC-L9570CDW. It's a bit more expensive to buy, but it comes with more toner capacity and the toners are cheaper afterwards.

220 to 240 V AC 50/60 Hz is correct.

Hello Birdsofpray
In a printer that uses toner, it is essential that the toner cartridge with integrated developer (roll) is not allowed to run out. Problem A: If the toner powder is too low, the printout will be very light. Full-surface images become increasingly lighter/paler towards the bottom. Problem B: Due to the lack of toner on the develop roll, the drum is worn out (damaged), which ultimately leads to earlier replacement and higher costs.
Unfortunately, I cannot say whether there are still printers today with toner only as a "reservoir", i.e. without developer. Perhaps there are other users who will get in touch.
If your main interest is to print something "empty", then I would recommend an inkjet printer. You can get these cartridges almost** empty / **Now: there is also a little left over for cleaning the print head, or for keeping the nozzles moist ;-)
Greetings
Isn't that clearly stated on the product page here? Everything else is "maybe"

Hello Manu
Yes, that works perfectly. You have to select the paper type "heavy paper" in the printer driver and you can also run 280 g paper through the manual feed without any problems. The printer will then carefully feed the thick paper and print on it.
Unfortunately, USB cables have somehow never made it to be included with a printer (except for portable printers, where it is possible). No, there is no USB cable included. But the printer also has a LAN cable, so you can set it up via that.
Hello,
Yes, the toner cartridges are delivered with the printer with less capacity than the new ones purchased afterwards. But there is already a good capacity.
Hello Weberedv
Please contact Brother directly. Apparently it is a "solution" = licence file, which is not sold as "hardware" by Digitec, but only directly via brother.ch / See here: https://www.brother.ch/de-ch/unternehmensloesungen/barcode-print-plus
