Hi Lucky_2012 Do you mean the LCD screen? Actually, you should be able to set at least the 4 languages D/E/F/I. Otherwise this would not be in the menu: Press image[Settings]>[All settings]>[Startup]>[Display language].
As we do not have an effective user experience with the product, we have forwarded your question to the community so that it can possibly be answered by another customer.
Yes, it has a cut-sheet feeder, which is also suitable for envelopes. You can also print on cards up to A4 size, but I have never printed on particularly thick cards.
Hello Fenders20 If Catalina = macOS 10.15, then according to this list, Yes: https://support.brother.com/g/b/oslist.aspx?c=ch&lang=de&prod=dcpl2550dn_eu Catalina is quite new though, possibly the driver & software CD that comes with the machine is "old". Brother has the Brother Solution Center with current drivers and software for download: https://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadlist.aspx?c=ch&lang=de&prod=dcpl2550dn_eu&os=10060 Greetings
No, everything you need to use the printer is included.
Unfortunately, I have no experience with this. Possibly take out the toner cartridge, shake it carefully and put it back in. At least that helps in our office....
via WLAN ?! a) from client via WLAN to the printer or b) integrate the printer via WLAN into the network. For a) Basically, an existing WLAN from an access point or router is sufficient. Connect the printer directly to the router using a network cable, for example. Then just make sure that at least LPD, IPP, AirPrint, Mopria, Web Service, HTTP are active under Network / Protocols (via web interface), so that printing via WLAN with mobile devices as well as WIN/Apple computers should be possible. For b) there is no simple solution. The USB port at the back of the device is only used as a print port directly from the host computer. and the port in the front is used for printing/scanning files. -> e.g. configure a WLAN access point as a client and then connect to the printer via LAN cable. Otherwise, switch to another model, as the "N" stands for network-compatible and "W" for wireless-compatible, e.g. the Brother DCP-L2530DW.
Yes, both automatic sheet feed and single sheet (book or larger format). Also has a large, stable paper drawer.
Yes, it can copy normally (open the cover, place the book underneath). However, from my point of view, the copy function is only for sporadic use - it is not stable enough and not particularly fast for frequent use.
