I ordered this product for my wife who suffers from tinnitus. But it is not suitable for this purpose. So the device has never been used. I could give it away cheaply.
Why questions? If it's about the guarantee, for example, then you're better off with Bose. Digitec then gets in the way and doesn't want to know anything more. At least you don't get the 90-day trial period here - but you do at Bose directly. You can then watch how Digitec and Bose push you back and forth in the event of problems. That should be worth the 6 francs to order directly from Bose. De facto, this is a joke: 30-day warranty unopened? Then how do you know if the device even works? I know from my own experience how tedious Digitec's customer service is when it comes to such questions. Freely according to the motto: Sold - no longer my problem!
the 90 days trial period comes from Bose and is advertised on their website. I don't think Digitec has anything to do with it.
The noise cancelling does not work well without sound/noise, respectively attenuates very little, with conventional earplugs better. The Avis MK helped me sleep better.
Hello, yes that is possible, but the attenuation is unfortunately not as good as with real earplugs.
As this is a "hygiene product", we unfortunately cannot take the product back if the original packaging has been opened.
As a rule, Digitec gets its goods from a trader.
