Question about Bose Sleepbuds II

And friend and I both picked up our Sleepbuds II from Digitec today, but neither of us can charge them. We have had them connected to power for hours, but none of the lights turn on. I have also tried the reset button next to the power plug, but no success. Is there a trick that we are not aware of or are these both „Defekt bei Erhalt“?

Thanks Jürg. Unfortunately, no thin seals. We have tried 4 different sets and kept them connected to power for over 24 hours now. The case charges for none of them.
Not impressed with the product at all. Great customer service at Digitec though!

Hello, Most likely there is a thin transparent tape like seal covering the contacts to the base station. If there are this thin seals, just remove them and it will charge. Greetings Juerg
