It helps me when I am "distracted" from the disturbing noise by a constant sound. The sound carpet in the Buds then overlays this. The volume can be adjusted very finely and there are also many sounds available. Not waking up works even better, because the disturbance reaches the consciousness even less (works fine for me). I'm not giving these things away any more.

Hello I am selling them again. They are only useful if you take a soundscape from the app, otherwise they don't insulate. And I'm not just allergic to snoring, I'm allergic to all sounds, so I can't set a rain sound in the app to sleep. So unsuitable for me. I don't know if you like other sounds to sleep?
