You could definitely write to customer support and ask whether it would be possible to include a special Lightning aux cable with microphone in the range. However, a link or a manufacturer's number would be helpful so that this can be checked.

No, unfortunately there is no such cable. At best, there would of course still be the adapter for it:
Apple Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter (White, 5cm, Lightning - 3.5mm Jack)

According to the manufacturer's information, this cable is only compatible with Bose QuietComfort 25.
