No, all-in-one solutions or aio's for short are maintenance-free. The warranty on each cooler should state when you need to start worrying, if at all. Note, however, that if, for example, the pump breaks down, you have to replace the whole thing. Hope this was helpful.

Silent Loop with special Pure Wings 2 fan (manufacturer's specification): Air pressure @ 12V (mm H2O) 1.82 So it would be about half as much... but many other factors depend on the cooling capacity, not only static pressure. The radiator of the Silent Loop 280mm does not need such a high static pressure because the fin resistance is not very high.
Corsair is not a bad choice, because the Silent Loop is based on Alphacool Eisbear. This makes it an AIO water cooling system that is also quiet.
