What about the maintenance of an All in One water cooling system? I am an absolute beginner. Do I have to replace the coolant every six months?

No, all-in-one solutions or aio's for short are maintenance-free. The warranty on each cooler should state when you need to start worrying, if at all. Note, however, that if, for example, the pump breaks down, you have to replace the whole thing.
