Hello, Somehow the switch is not working as it should. I have connected the switch with an HDMI cable from HDMI OUT to the (Samsung) at HDMI 1, but no picture & sound is displayed from the devices (HDMI 1-6) when I go to HDMI 1 source on the TV. Have I made a mistake? Greetings

If you have connected the products as shown in the following picture, it should work -> Aten VS0801H, 8 Port HDMI Switch If this still does not work, it is likely that there is a defect.

The other models change the signal automatically. I think this one does that too. Can anyone confirm this for me?

Yes, it changes the signal automatically when you switch on another source. This is normally very useful except when a Chromecast is connected to it, for example, it sometimes restarts and then the channel is changed while you are enjoying watching a movie...

Yes, it is not a problem. I have connected various devices (XBox, 2 DVD players, Mediabox, notebook etc.) All devices work perfectly. The switch also makes a very robust impression. I can highly recommend the product.
