Hello, Somehow the switch is not working as it should. I have connected the switch with an HDMI cable from HDMI OUT to the (Samsung) at HDMI 1, but no picture & sound is displayed from the devices (HDMI 1-6) when I go to HDMI 1 source on the TV. Have I made a mistake? Greetings

If you have connected the products as shown in the following picture, it should work -> Aten VS0801H, 8 Port HDMI Switch

If this still does not work, it is likely that there is a defect.
