Good day, I asked myself the same question when the PG27VQ came onto the market. I also play games in a similar order to you, I made sure that the monitor was g-sync compatible as my graphics card supports this. Both have pretty much the same values apart from the grey to black response time - there I decided to spend 100 francs more to get the 1ms. On the subject of curved, however, I can only say that I think it's a marketing "prank". curved doesn't really come into its own on a 27 inch monitor. But I'm very happy with the screen, it's absolutely high-end. Greetings sodi

Light on the back is not really bright... I also have a white wall and can see almost nothing. the bottom light is only red, but can also be switched off.
