Yes, that will work. You can look at the "VESA" standard, this is indicated on the monitor as well as on the bracket.

Have the same monitor, very good choice. I also have it on a wall mount and it works perfectly. You can also buy other wall mounts they just have to have the VESA standard 100x100.
