I would suggest you to buy 4080 Super instead. It's cheaper and a bit more performance

The 4080 is noticeably faster than the 3090Ti. As I've had both, I can confirm this for you. VG CC
I have the Rtx 4080 with a 5800x3d in use. That fits so far. I had a cpu bottleneck with the 3800x.

You do not have to buy from Digitec. Order the card at the US price and see how much it will cost you in the end.

Prices are based on supply and demand, suppliers and availability of goods. Quite simply.
Among other things, because nVidia wants to see the 30x0 series sold out first.
That is certainly not the only reason, but at least one.
They are more expensive to produce than before, but we're talking about $20 per IC, not $800+.
