Question about ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4080 OC Edition
Why is there a 4x8pin to 1x16pin pcie adapter in picture 4. Isn't this card supposed to come and function with a 3x 8pin to 1x16?
The number of cables is not a standard. For example, the 4090 rtx adapter supplied by Seasonic has only 2x8 pin to 1x16.
Asus \ Nvidia supply a 4x8 to 1x16 for maximum compatibility.
