I would suggest you to buy 4080 Super instead. It's cheaper and a bit more performance

The 4080 is noticeably faster than the 3090Ti. As I've had both, I can confirm this for you. VG CC
I have the Rtx 4080 with a 5800x3d in use. That fits so far. I had a cpu bottleneck with the 3800x.
